Published package benefits
Plans starting at 2,000 minutes support calls to Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, the United States, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Mexico, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Puerto Rico and Venezuela. Availability and conditions depend on the selected package and destination.
CRM compatibility depends on the telephony provider, the selected plan, permissions, and a technical review. A registered connector name is not proof that a capability is currently available.
The broader OneChat platform also supports JavaScript functions, HTTP requests, connected data, JSON variables, dynamic content and Dialogflow. These workflow tools are distinct from the PBX itself.
